T@lecom is pleased to announce the promotion of our Operations Manager, Gordon Younie, to Operations Director.

Gordon has responsibility for managing the implementations of the Wireless Delivered suite of products to T@lecom customers. In addition he is responsible for all Operational matters from procurement to project management and the provision of consultancy on operations and customer service strategies.

Gordon brings more than 18 years experience within the CRM and mobile data industry, from hands on operational management to large deployment project roles with such businesses as Transcomm UK, Thames Water and RAC Motoring Services.
